Today, I am writing about the top 10 causes of death in the US totaling to more than 2.1 million deaths in 2023.
Many of the following are preventable.

Heart Disease
Cancer
Accidents (unintentional injuries)
Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases)
Chronic Lower Respiratory Diseases
Alzheimer's Disease
Diabetes
Nephritis, Nephrotic Syndrome, Nephrosis (kidney diseases)
Chronic Liver Disease and Cirrhosis
Covid-19
When Should We Start To Take Charge of Our Own Health?

How?
Stop alcohol consumption
Stop cigarette/e-cigarette smoking
Eliminate unhealthy foods and drinks
Modify your diet
Physical activity
